This policy explains what information Blochpoint ("we," "us") collects through blochpoint.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you request a Compute Readiness Report or sign up for Signal vs. Noise.
- Your assessment answers and scores, when you complete the Compute Readiness Assessment and request your report.
- How you found us, such as a tag showing you arrived from a conference QR code.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and approximate location based on your IP address, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
You can use the interactive tools on the site, including the assessment itself, without giving us any personal information. We only receive your answers if you choose to request the report.
How we use it
- To send the report or newsletter you asked for.
- To follow up about your results and, if you are interested, our services.
- To understand which of our outreach efforts are working.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and deliver email. They process information on our behalf only to provide their services:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, routes our email, and provides privacy-focused traffic statistics that do not use cookies.
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Resend, which sends your report and confirmation emails.
- Google, which provides our email inbox and the fonts used on this site.
We may later move contact records into a customer relationship management system that we operate ourselves.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from Signal vs. Noise at any time by replying to any issue or emailing us.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond promptly.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
